A 2019 re-staging of a theatrical performance that paints a portrait of musician Gideon Klein, whose promising career as a pianist and composer in Prague met a tragic end in a Nazi labour camp.
David Fligg's story draws on archival material and the memories of Gideon Klein's family and friends to recall Gideon's musical activities in Prague and Terezín. The performance will feature live performances of his compositions performed by the fama Q string quartet.
