The Everlasting Hope Festival will give the classics hope. But not until February.

6. 10. 2020

In accordance with the latest measures of the Government of the Czech Republic against the spread of coronavirus, the entire Everlasting Hope festival is being postponed. At the same time, the performance of the children's opera Brundibár and a concert in the Klementinum Mirror Chapel, which were supposed to take place as part of the festival on 24 October, will also be moved. One of the interpret, oboist Vilém Veverka, who is also the "face" of this year, became ill with covid-19.

According to the organizing endowment fund Everlasting Hope, the program will be moved to February, if the situation allows.

The patronage of the 9th annual Eternal Hope (Věčná naděje) Festival was assumed by

Ambassador of the Republic of Austria, Dr. Bettina Kirnbauer
Ambassador of the Republic of Poland, Barbara Krystyna Tuge-Erecińska
Ambassador of the Federal Republic of Germany, Peter Matthias Reuss
Mayor of Prague 1, Terezie Radoměřská
